Many of living shorelines are made possible only through established partnerships. 
Non-profit and NGO partners are essential in landowner education and often provide cost-share funds necessary to see projects across the finish line. Additionally, non-profit and NGO involvement provides landowners with additional confidence that they are making the best environmental decisions for their coastal properties.
