Native Shorelines staff have been researching, designing, permitting, and installing wetland and coastal restoration projects since the mid-1990s. With over 100 years of combined coastal restoration experience and 5 miles of installed living shorelines, we have the most experienced living shoreline team in the mid-Atlantic region.

Coastal resiliency is more than our job,
it’s our passion! 

Our staff live, work, and play in coastal North Carolina and Virginia and understand the various habitats and resiliency concerns of North Carolina’s sounds and coastal rivers, Hampton Roads, and the Chesapeake Bay and its tributaries.
